For over 20 years, my hands have been my tools for healing. As a Clinical Therapist specialising in women’s health,
my practice, ReCalm Holistic, was built on a singular mission: to help women Relax, Rejuvenate, Recover, and ReCalm.
But a few years ago, I noticed something unsettling. In the very room where I was supposed to be restoring health, the atmosphere was failing me. The traditional "luxury" candles I was burning, mass-produced with synthetic fragrances and paraffin, were triggering headaches and fatigue.
