How to Use:
1. Relaxing Bath: Pour 3-6 scoops of the Botanical Bath Salts into warm running water and soak for at least 12 minutes to enjoy the therapeutic benefits.

3. Sleepy Me Foot Balm Application: Sit comfortably on the sofa, floor or bed, lightly swipe fingers over the surface of the balm and apply directly to feet & lower legs.  Rub in firmly and with your thumbs, press gently into areas of the feet that are holding any tension or that ache. Extend the massage to around the ankles, and work into your calve muscles on your lower legs. Finally, stretch your toes back and forth holding the stretch for a few moments, taking deep breaths as you do so.  This will enhance circulation and promote a deep sense of relaxation.
