SLEEP PROMOTING - MEDITATING - RESTFUL BLEND

The soothing properties of this blend help ease tension, quiet the mind, and prepare your body for a restful sleep.  Whether you're meditating or simply looking to relax, our Relax Blend encourages a deep sense of calm, helping you to create a serene environment for relaxation.
Ideal time to use:  Evening time, around and before bedtime.

Ingredients: Lavender, Black Pepper, Cedarwood, Jasmine, Frankincense & Bay Laurel, carefully blended with other pure essential oils to create this RESTFUL BLEND.

 

 

Directions for use:

Room Diffuser:  5-7 drops with water

Bath:   5-8 drops to warm bathwater, whilst water is running

Candle Making:  10ml per 120g Soy Wax - own testing will be required 

 

•Ethically Sourced and not tested on animals. Vegan friendly.
•This natural product cannot be guaranteed free from traces of nuts or other allergens.

• Do not use undiluted on skin; may cause an allergic reaction
• Do not apply undiluted to skin

• If swallowed seek medical advice immediately
• Do not use on skin before exposure to sun or sunbed
• Avoid spillages. If you do spill, wipe immediately

Although 100% Natural can cause skin irritation/allergic reaction. Stop using the product if skin sensitivity occurs. Please perform a patch test before use, by diluting with a base oil - 10% Essential Oil and 90% Carrier Oil such as Sunflower Oil, wait 24 hrs to ensure suitable for Bath use.
