Ideal time to use: Use at the first sign of a cough or cold to help open up your airways. It is also perfect for moments of low energy when you need deep rest and recuperation.

Ingredients:  Eucalyptus Globulus Leaf Oil, Boswellia Carterii Oil, Citrus Aurantium Amara Flower Oil, Eugenia Caryophyllus Bud Oil, Pinus Sylvestris Leaf Oil, Melaleuca Alternifolia Leaf Oil, Citrus Limon Peel Oil (Natural components of essential oils: Limonene, Linalool, Eugenol, Geraniol, Farnesol, Citral).

Directions for use:

Room Diffuser:  5-7 drops with water

Bath:   5-8 drops to warm bathwater, whilst water is running

Candle Making:  10ml per 120g Soy Wax - own testing will be required 

Ethically Sourced and not tested on animals. Vegan friendly. This natural product cannot be guaranteed free from traces of nuts or other allergens.

• Do not use undiluted on skin; may cause an allergic reaction
• Do not apply undiluted to skin
• Avoid use during pregnancy
• Store in a cool, dry place
• If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication, seek medical advice before use.
• Keep out of reach of children and pets
• If swallowed seek medical advice immediately
• Do not use on skin before exposure to sun or sunbed
• Avoid spillages. If you do spill, wipe immediately
• Flammable

Although 100% Natural can cause skin irritation/allergic reaction. Stop using the product if skin sensitivity occurs. Please perform a patch test before use, by diluting with a base oil - 10% Essential Oil and 90% Carrier Oil such as Sunflower Oil, wait 24 hrs to ensure suitable for Bath use.
