How to use
Apply by massaging this balm to 'pulse points', with light circular motion to wrists, upper chest, temples, arms & hands. You can also apply some of this to the palms of your hands, massage in, then take a moment to cup your hands and breathe in this natural aroma. The texture is very light, nourishing, & non-sticky, which is very easily absorbed blend of aromatherapy essential oils, with nourishing shea butter & beeswax.

Carry with you wherever you go - the ideal travel companion, perfect pocket size, allowing you to apply throughout the day during stressful situations and tense times, to help make you feel relaxed & calm. This balm is designed to be used during the day & also at bedtime to help you to unwind. Apply before bedtime to the palms of your hands and cup them over your nose & take three slow deep breaths to help aid a good night's sleep.
